I believe in a learning environment in which students feel comfortable, where expectations and rules are consistent and clear.  I want our students to become life-long learners who have all the skills necessary to reach their highest potential as a student and citizen. I seek to encourage self-esteem, build independence, instill a strong work ethic, teach communication skills and encourage positive interpersonal skills.  The skills listed above, will prepare students to become successful today and in the near future both academically and personally.
